A client for your existing service
ForgeDial is a SIP communications client. You supply a compatible account from your SIP provider or PBX administrator. ForgeDial does not supply telephone numbers, carrier connectivity or a hosted SIP account through this website. Features depend on your provider, network, device and configuration. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase, subscription or service-level agreement.
Your responsibilities
Use ForgeDial only for communications you are authorized to make and in accordance with applicable law, your organization’s policies and your provider’s terms. Protect your credentials and ensure you have permission to use any contacts or content you provide. Do not use the website or client for fraud, unlawful surveillance, harassment, unsolicited abuse, or interference with other users or services.
Emergency communications
Do not rely on ForgeDial as your only means of reaching emergency services. Emergency calling and location delivery may be unavailable or unreliable depending on your provider, network and configuration. Maintain a suitable alternative method for emergency calls.
Providers, charges and availability
Your SIP provider or PBX administrator controls your account, telephone service, call routing, billing and provider-held records. Carrier, internet and roaming charges may apply. Contact that provider about service outages, numbers, account cancellation and provider-side data deletion. We cannot promise continuous availability or compatibility with every service.
Recording and privacy
Before enabling recording, obtain any consent required by applicable law and your organization’s policy. The recording setting may remain enabled for subsequent calls until you turn it off. You are responsible for the lawful use, storage and sharing of recordings, messages and exported files. Read the Privacy policy for information about data handling.
Configuration and security
Use connection and encryption settings appropriate for your environment. Encryption and certificate validation depend on your configuration and provider capabilities. Protect exported backups and logs, and do not send passwords, private keys or unredacted customer information through an inquiry or support email.
Software and third-party notices
ForgeDial includes third-party software governed by its own licenses. The notices supplied with the product and on the Licenses page apply to those components. These terms do not remove rights granted by applicable open-source licenses and do not imply endorsement by upstream authors.
Service expectations and legal rights
We provide the website and general product information without a promise that it will be error-free or meet every particular purpose. Except where a separate agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, no specific uptime, support response time or fitness guarantee is made. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and changes
Contact support@forgedial.com about these terms. We may update them as the product or service changes; the effective date identifies the current version. Any paid or organization-specific service commitments must be stated in the relevant agreement.
